SAFE STAY - COVID-19 EMERGENCY

We have prepared to welcome you in the SAFEST way!

The B&B Ca’ del Poeta has adopted the following rules of conduct to protect your health.

 

FAST CHECK-IN ONLINE TO AVOID WAITING

  • The day before you stay at the B&B Ca’ del Poeta, you will receive an email in which we will ask you to answer us, entering your personal data and other quick information, so that we can make the check-in fast.

 

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF COMMON AREAS AND ROOMS

  • We use all devices, in compliance with applicable regulations, to ensure your safety, such as masks.
  • The cleaning and sanitization of common areas and rooms are carried out with professional cleaning products based on alcohol and/or chlorine and with disinfectants for medical surgery.
  • In several places in the common areas, sanitizing gel dispensers have been placed for guests.
  • The access keys to your accommodation will be sanitized before delivery.
  • The linen, with which the rooms are equipped, is washed and sanitized with disinfection treatments at high temperatures which, combined with drying and ironing at even higher temperatures, create perfect anti-Covid-19 sanitization.

 

BREAKFAST

  • In order to maintain the correct social distancing and for the protection of your health, we may in some cases serve breakfast directly in your room.
  • The continental breakfast will be abundant, varied and high quality.
  • In order to respect the Regional Protocol of accommodation facilities, we will send you an email a few days before your stay to ask you your breakfast preferences and any food allergies.
  • Unfortunately we cannot prepare the dishes at the buffet, but we will serve you the menu you previously requested directly at the table. Some foods will be sealed in individual packages to ensure and comply with anti-infection regulations.

 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Book your holiday at B&B Ca’ del Poeta now without worries: you can cancel without penalty up to 7 days before your stay.
  • In the event of cancellation due to legal restrictions (Covid-19) implemented during the period of your stay, we will refund the full amount for the unused period.
  • If you cancel up to one day before the start date of your stay, for justified health reasons related to the Covid-19 emergency, the entire deposit will be returned to you promptly.

 

CHECK OUT

  • Your departure will be in self check-out mode by 10.30 a.m., in order to avoid crowding.
  • We kindly ask you to leave the key inside the room.
