Domenico Varagnolo, poet and playwright, lived in this palace and collaborated in making the Venice Biennale prestigious on an international level by assuming the role of curator of the archive until 1949.

On request, the works of the poet and other volumes on the city of Venice that belonged to Varagnolo’s library will be made available for you to consult.

In the corridor next to the hall you can admire the original posters of the plays he wrote.
