Before booking

ARRIVAL AT THE CA’ DEL POETA B&B

• Check-in: from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. For check-in after this time, from 8.00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., there will be an extra charge of € 30. However, please let us know your arrival time at least one day in advance.

• After 10:00 p.m. it is not possible to check in even if you pay a surcharge.

• At check-in, guests will be required to show their identity documents with photos and a credit card as guarantee against any damage and non-compliance with the rules described herein.

• Free access to the facility, via smartphone and key.

• We can book the transfer service for a fee.

DEPARTURE

• Check-out: by 10.00 a.m.
• The room keys must be left inside when you check out. There will be a € 30 penalty in the event of lost keys.
• We can make the transfer booking service for a fee.

THE FINE PRINT

• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and throughout the building, including outside areas.
• No pets allowed.
• Free luggage storage if requested in advance or at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION

The conditions regarding cancellation and prepayment vary depending on the operator that users use for the booking. If made through our website, cancellation, without penalty, is allowed within 7 days of your stay. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
